This picture was taken in 1995 by local resident Tony O'Rahilly on the 19th of November as Wern Town Hall, Shropshire UK burned down. 

The picture was taken from across the road as Mr O'Rahilly was prevented in getting any closer by the Police and Fire Brigade as the flames were still engulfing the Hall.

After developing the film and discovering the image, Mr O'Rahilly sent the photograph to the Association For The Study of Anomalous Phenomena.
